Help Us Help Others

On Thursday, January 31st and Friday, February 1, 2013 we will be donating a portion of all sales to “Water for Life”, a local group of well-drillers out of Spokane, WA.  Each year they volunteer their time to dig wells in rural villages of Guatemala.  Their goal is to raise $17,000 to dig two wells in these villages this year and we would love to help!

In 2005, Water for Life was founded in Spokane, Washington, as a non-profit, with the goal of digging wells in rural villages in Guatemala. It is estimated that 1.2 billion people world-wide are without access to clean water and spend 4 hours collecting water for basic needs, often with contaminants. Water for Life volunteers have drilled 17 wells and with donations and God’s support, hope to expand these efforts.
